Meet our chef Matias Koper, he is the talent behind our new menu along with everything that’s new in FishArt. Matias has worked in some of the most recognized restaurants and hotels in Tenerife like Sheraton, Abama and Venture Group. He also has share the fires with some of the greatest talents in the industry like Samuel Hernandez.
Our restaurant concept is «REAL FOOD» because we focus on high quality fresh ingredients for not only delightful but also filling dishes.
